In great condition, well framed with paper backing and wire hanger. Dillon-Sutton was a popular artist from the 1970’s. Batiks usually conjures up tie-dye images of the 1960’s. She adapted the form to pictures that can be seen more now. Her work sold through art museums, Eleanor Jeck Galleries and Tubac Center of the Arts. A great piece to start a batik collection or contribute to one already started. A newspaper article from 1985 is included.
