Since 1959 Assistance League of Tucson volunteers have been working in the Tucson community to help those in need. Through our programs and our auxiliaries, we help more than 7,000 people each year. All donations support our mission in Tucson.
Volunteers working together
Assistance League is a national, nonprofit organization that puts caring and commitment into action through community-based philanthropic programs. Assistance League of Tucson is one of 120 chapters nationwide.
We are a volunteer organization. Our programs and our Thrift Shop, which provides almost half the funding for our programs, are managed by our volunteers. Stop by the Assistance League Thrift Shop on Alvernon just north of Speedway to meet our volunteers, find the best bargains in town and donate those items you no longer use.
