19th Century Pastel of Hanging Bird, Ca. 1880

Original pastel by well known artist, William Henry Chandler, b 1854 – d 1928. The piece is signed “Chandler” in the lower left corner. Condition is very good. Has some staining on right side. Very nice original wood frame. Back of frame shows its age. 29″ W x 33″ D
