You will receive a confirmation email showing the number of tickets you ordered and seating preferences. If you credit Assisteens with your order, the name(s) of your Assisteens will be listed. Your payment receipt will be sent by PayPal.
Tickets are $95. There is a choice of entrees. Please choose how many of each entree you would like. You must enter a number for each entree, so if you are choosing 2 Chicken entrees and 0 Vegetarian entrees, enter a 2 in the Chicken entree Quantity and 0 in the Vegetarian entree Quantity.
Enter name(s) of the Assisteens to credit for ticket purchase.
Enter names of guests with whom you would like to be seated. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request. Tables seat 8 -10 guests.
