VTG Scandinavian Table Lamp by Louis Poulsen

Vintage Lamp designed by Scandinavian critic, and author,  Poul Henningsen for Louis Poulsen. This beacon of Danish furniture design was crafted to produce glare-free lighting: creating soft shadows while using incandescent bulbs as a light source. Made from Steel, Aluminum, and Chrome, this design was produced using responsibly harvested, reclaimed, or alternative materials. Button switch at the base. This product new goes for $1300, and used $650+. Measures 8.3″ for the base diameter, the fixture itself is 21.6″H and the shade diameter is appx 18″. Some scratches underneath the shade consistent with use (changing the bulb when needed), however in otherwise  excellent condition.
