New with tags. Great piece for traveling, business, and school. Has a zipper closure. Two large compartments that snap on each side. Zipper on inside for small objects. Shoulder straps are gold plated intertwined with nylon. Made in Korea. Stitching on outside of bag is diamond shaped. I. Magnin was bought out by Macy’s in 1995..16″ W X 11″ L.
