Our commitment to your safety. The safety of our customers and our volunteer staff is our top priority during this global COVID-19 pandemic. We want you to be able to shop safely for all the great buys you love to find at Assistance League Thrift Shop. That is why we provide no-touch parking lot pick-up. Order online, drive into our parking lot, call us, and we will bring the items to your car. All items have been quarantined and are safe.
Items are for local pickup only – no items will be shipped.
Items are ready for pickup on the next business day after your order is complete.
For the safety of our customers and volunteer staff, our staff will wear a mask during your transaction. We encourage you to wear a mask, as well!

How it works
Drive into our parking lot at 1307 N Alvernon Way. Park. Call us at 520-326-8452, press 2. Or, come to the Donor Door at the back of the Thrift Shop and ring the bell.
For smaller items: Please have your truck, car, or tailgate opened ahead of time and our Thrift Shop Volunteer will place it in your vehicle.
For larger items: Purchases that require two people to move, we require you to bring assistance to load the items into your vehicle. You must wear a mask to enter the building.

Items are ready for pickup on the next business day after your order is complete. Business days are Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 10am to 2pm Pickup date is no later than three (3) Assistance League Business days from the sale date. If furniture is not picked up at the arranged time, we will call you to make other arrangements. If you still fail to pick up the items or respond to our call, the items will be returned to the sales floor. There will be no refunds.
If you are buying large or heavy furniture, please consider the following
- Is your vehicle large enough? Did you measure?
- Bring help to move large/heavy objects.
- Bring blankets and rope to protect and secure items.
Once the item(s) are loaded into your vehicle and removed from Assistance League of Tucson property, all sales are final. Electrical items have a three (3) Assistance League business day return allowance to ensure that they work properly. If an electrical items does not work, you may return it during the pickup hours on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, 10am -2pm. You will need your invoice to make a return.
3rd party Delivery Options: We know the safest place to be is in your own home, that is why we have convenient, affordable, and quick delivery options for 90 percent of our items. For everyone’s safety, please use the comment box and instructions on the checkout page to tell us if you will be using a delivery service so we know to expect a call from the service. You will need to provide the service with a copy of your invoice.
